Christmas Recap

This Christmas I am thankful for many things, I am so happy for Gods love and blessing on my family!

I am grateful that God can break the strong holds of addiction and bring family back together again! I know that my God is an awesome healer, and he is stronger then any bondage that holds us back from reaching our God given potential.  

I am grateful that even though my grandmothers have passed away, that I was able to celebrate Scotts grandmothers 90th birthday this weekend! I feel like I was given a third grandmother, and for that I am truly grateful!

I am grateful for my sister-in-law and my bothers kind and compassionate hearts!  They are fostering a beautiful little baby girl, and we were able to share the magic of Christmas with this small blessing of a child!  It is so disturbing to think that at less then two years old, this child had experienced unimaginable neglect.    It breaks my heart, but at the same time gives me peace of mind and happiness to know what a difference can be made in a child's life, with caring parents.

This year, more then ever, I am thankful to God for sending his son Jesus Christ to save the world. Seeing the restoration and healing that God has performed in my family, make me believe in miracles!  After all,  isn’t that what the Christmas season is all about?
